Return and Refund Policy
No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind
Elvyn Jewelry does not offer refunds or exchanges in case of a change of mind by the customer. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if the mistake is from our end and supported with valid proof.
Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Defective or Damaged Items
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. In such cases, the customer must provide a complete, unedited, and unfiltered video proof showing the unboxing of the package from start to finish, including the address sheet, bill, and item details. This proof must be emailed within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims made after this time frame will not be entertained.
Refund Conditions
- The unboxing video must be continuous, without cuts, edits, or filters.
- The video should clearly show the name, address sheet, and bill of the order.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Only the product amount will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Conditions
If the product is defective and an exchange is requested, it will be processed based on product availability. If the product is unavailable, customers can either wait for restocking or request a refund.
Exceptions to Refund or Exchange
- Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for size issues.
- No refunds or exchanges for discounted or sale items.
- Damaged or lost Zirconia stones are not covered under this policy.
- Used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- If the package is lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details, Elvyn Jewelry will not be held responsible, and no refund will be initiated.
Prepaid Orders and Returned Packages
If a prepaid order is rejected at delivery, no refund will be provided. If the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, only 50% of the order value will be refunded within 15-20 days.
Courier Delays and Transit Issues
Refunds or cancellations will not be initiated for delays caused by courier services, as Elvyn Jewelry has no control over third-party logistics.
